We offer in-house catering at the Schanzenstern on weekends from 25 people – for company parties, birthdays, Christmas dinners, family celebrations and more. During the week we're happy to cater off-site too. All from our 100% organic-certified kitchen.

For our hotel guests we serve a rich breakfast every day, with fresh bread, cold cuts, homemade spreads, muesli, fruit and coffee specialities – it consists predominantly of organic ingredients and is a good start to the day.
Price: €12.00 per person · children up to 12: €5.50.

Our courtyard
A green oasis in the heart of Altona
Hidden behind the house lies our courtyard – a cosy beer garden under cherry blossoms, maple and lilac. When the weather is good we serve our organic lunch here in the open air. Sheltered from street noise, shady and quiet – a small retreat in the middle of the big city.
Lunch in the courtyard: Mon–Fri 12:00–16:00 (weather permitting).
