Our story
Our story
Back in our early years we opened one of Hamburg's first organic restaurants and we are still passionate about it. Our kitchen has been organic-certified since 2003 (DE-ÖKO-012) and remains one of the few organic-certified gastronomies in the city. We source mainly regionally, from Demeter and Bioland farms, partly directly from producers. Travel, good food and fair work under one roof – that has been our idea since the pioneer days of organic farming.
