Please note that for bookings of more than ten  people  and for apartments, separate prices and cancellation conditions apply. In this case, we ask you to send us a request by mail

If the  Government of Germany or of Hamburg prohibits overnight stays in hotels, you can cancel the booking at any time free of charge.

Otherwise the following cancellation conditions apply up to 10 people:

In case of cancellation of a binding reservation less than one week
before arrival, 50% of the accommodation costs will be charged

In case of cancellation of a binding reservation on the day of arrival or during your stay, 100% of the total cost of accommodation will be charged.

We will of course try to rent out the room/apartment that you do not make use of.

In that case the cancellation costs do not apply for you.
